You can start using parenting support through an easy-to-access and intuitive app.
What is Cleo
Through Cleo, you get unlimited access to a network of clinicians, experts, & specialists, including birth and postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, sleep coaches, childcare psychologists, childhood development experts, and more at no cost to you.
Available through an easy-to-access and intuitive app, you have the following at your fingertips:
A dedicated guide (a real person!) to message, call, and video chat with
Online workshops and live Q&A sessions with experts and specialists
Library of evidence-based research, articles, and tips
And more!
Cleo is inclusive of all paths to parenthood, including adoption, surrogacy, same-sex, and solo parents. You also have the ability to invite a partner to access the app as well to best support your family. Attached is a helpful one-pager that provides an overview of the Cleo benefit.
Download the app
Download the Cleo app to your mobile device via the IOS or Android link. Or search manually for "Cleo for families" in App Store or Google Play.
Then click on the "Sign Up" button to create a new account.
Insert your work email to continue.
Please note: You must insert the email that contains your company email domain.
In the next step, please, insert personal information such as first name, last name, and ZIP code that matches the information in the Daisy Health system to validate eligibility for Cleo.
If Cleo can not find your account - please do not create a new one. Open a ticket at support@daisy.health and we will investigate why your coverage has not been located.
Secure your account by creating a password and verifying the work email. Ensure you have access to the work email to receive the verification code.
Create family / add dependents
Before you start with Cleo's benefit - please, provide your family information.
You can add dependents by clicking on the plus button to insert primary details such as relation, name, age, and desired assistance that you may need.
Once done - click on the "Next" button.
All set! Schedule a welcome meeting or chat with your guide, and you can go ahead and navigate to tips, curated articles, webinars, and more.
Web interface
Cleo allows you to log in to a web application from the HiCleo website.
Click on the "Member Login" link in the top right corner and use the same credentials as for the account in the mobile app.
The web interface allows connecting to the guides and downloading attachments and resources, but it can not be used for sign-up.
