What is Walmart Health
Walmart Health Virtual Care makes it easy for millions of people to access best-in-class care whenever and wherever while driving down healthcare costs. Walmart provides primary care services, on-demand treatment of common illnesses and injuries, and behavioral health services to consumers and businesses nationwide daily!
The multi-specialty offering provides a path for convenient, affordable care for patients and includes the following:
Primary Care: Primary care services & care navigation are delivered virtually
Urgent Care: Adults & children treated 24/7 for routine health issues
Women's Health: A private way for women to discuss personal health concerns 24/7
Men's Health: A discreet way for men to address private health concerns 24/7
Talk Therapy: Adults can speak with a licensed therapist in as few as 72 hours
Teen Therapy: Youth (10-17) can speak with a licensed therapist in as few as 72 hours
Psychiatry: Talk therapy, medications, psychosocial interventions & other treatments
All the psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners on Walmart Health Virtual Care's provider team are board-certified, state-licensed, and credentialed by NCQA guidelines. They specialize in diagnosing and treating behavioral health issues and can prescribe medications when appropriate.

Please, open the following link to activate the account on Walmart Health.

Insert your work email twice in both the Member ID and Email fields, and click on the "Register" button.
Please note: You must input the email that matches the details on your employment record. Walmart Health has already created the account and will search for it in a database using a work email as a unique identifier.
Getting an error
In case of an error - please get in touch with your Employer and make sure you have access to your work email.

Verify your account
Verify your account by opening your email and clicking on the “Continue” button.
On the next screen opened in the browser, please double-check your work email and click on the “Reset my password” button.
Create a new password on the next step, and check your email once more for the verification code.
Then use your work email as a username and a new password twice to log in to the account.
Your Walmart Health account will now be available on the Walmart Health Virtual Care portal, as described below.
Overview your account
Once inside the account - you will see your demographic information pre-populated from the system. Please, check the details and add some optional information to get a better service.
Add dependents
You can add your family members through the portal or on the Walmart Health Virtual Care portal.
Click on the “Family” menu option and then on “Add a new family member.”
Insert Family member details in the opening modal window and click on the “Save” button.
Patients over 18 are adult dependents and must have their accounts. When you add an adult dependent, he or she will receive an email invitation to access Walmart Health Virtual Care.
You can still see all your family members under the “Family” tab.
Request Visit
You can request a visit for your minor dependents (under 18 y.o) and yourself through your account. Adult family members should request their visits through their accounts.
