Onboarding Email

Once you enroll in the Healthcare2U program, you will receive a Welcome Email with your member ID and onboarding instructions on your effective date or the day before. Follow the instructions in that email to complete your registration.

If your mobile phone number is saved in the Daisy Health platform, you will also receive a welcome text message and a call from the bilingual Patient Advocacy Line.

You will continue to receive follow-up emails from Daisy Health at the email address you used during registration.

You need to sign in to Healthcare2U to access your DPCplus membership. All membership features are managed through the Healthcare2U mobile app.

Follow the instructions in your welcome email to log in.

You can sign in using your Member ID and date of birth. Your Member ID will be sent to you in an email from Healthcare2U on your plan’s effective date.

How to Access Membership

Step 1:
Everything begins with a phone call to +1 (800) 496-2805
If a Healthcare2U member begins to feel ill, the member will call Healthcare2U’s bilingual Patient Advocacy Line (PAL) at +1 (800) 496-2805. Based upon the member’s symptoms, Healthcare2U’s medical professionals will provide direct primary care options of a Virtual DPC consult, an in-office doctor’s appointment with a Healthcare2U physician or urgent care facility (in-office appointments are only available within business hours of 7 AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Friday).

Step 2:
Once the member chooses the option they want, Healthcare2U medical professionals will schedule the virtual consult or in-office appointment.

Step 3:
In-Office Appointment:
Healthcare2U’s medical professionals will make the appointment during business hours and call the member back with appointment details. The Healthcare2U member is responsible for the visit fees associated with their care. The physician will treat the member at the appointment and prescribe generic medication if necessary.

Virtual Care:
Members accessing virtual primary care can choose to consult with a licensed physician either over the phone or via video, based on their preference. When appropriate, the physician will call in a prescription to the member’s pharmacy of choice. Virtual primary care is available 24/7/365 with a $0 visit fee.

Digitized ID Card

The Healthcare2U mobile application also includes access to your digitized membership ID card, which houses all the information you need to use your membership.

Click the Digitized ID Card button on your app homepage to access your ID card.

Dependents

Healthcare2U may or may not cover dependents depending on the employer plan selected on the Daisy Health platform. Please check with your employer to confirm whether dependents are included.

If you are enrolled in a plan labeled “Employee + Family,” then Healthcare2U covers your entire household. This can include a spouse, child, parent, aunt, or other relatives. Dependents will not receive any welcome emails, text messages, or phone calls.

Dependents who are 18 or older should download the Healthcare2U app and register through it to receive their own digital ID card.

Dependents under 18 will not have separate accounts. They are covered through the primary member’s account.
