GIThrive by Vivante Health is now Cylinder Health. It is a program to help you improve your health — starting with digestion. It includes an app, unlimited access to your Health Coach and Registered Dietitian over the phone or video, and a free GutCheck microbiome kit. It's all done from home – and at no cost to you!
What is Cylinder Health
Click on the “Register” button on the Cylinder Health website that is opened by the link above.

The company code should be prefilled as a “DaisyHealth”. Otherwise, please, insert it manually and click on “Continue”.
Insert personal data
In the next step, please, insert personal information such as email, first name, last name, and date of birth that matches the information in the Daisy Health system to validate eligibility for Cylinder Health.
Cylinder Health has already created the account and will search for it in their system.
If Cylinder Health can not find your account - please do not create a new one. Open a ticket at support@daisy.health, and we will investigate why your coverage has not been located.

Please take a short health quiz to let Cylinder Health provide more personalized service in the following steps.
Download the app
Download the Cylinder app to your mobile device via IOS or Android link, or search manually for "Cylinder Health" in the App Store or Google Play.
If you already have created an account, you can just log in with the same email and password.
Dependents
Upon activation of your benefit, all dependents will be covered. To add dependents to the plan, kindly provide the necessary details to your Employer for inclusion in the daisy.health app system. Please allow a processing time of 24 hours for the information.
